Photography

All reference photographs supplied for the use of Art by Evelyn Gibbs are given with full informed consent from the photographer for artistic use, reproduction and distribution as appropriate.

Drawing care

​

Your portrait will be completed using a range of professional quality wax and oil based coloured pencils on an acid-free archival surface, Clairfontaine pastelmat, unless otherwise specified. Your portrait will be supplied mounted, backed and with a cellophane wrapping to protect the image.

NO FIXATIVE IS USED in the production of my portraits as this negatively affects the colours. 

 

This means that they can and will smudge if they are touched. Please keep your portrait in the provided wrappings until you are able to deliver it to a framer who will be able to take it from there.

Refunds

​

Booking fees paid to secure a private commission are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances as determined by the artist.

​

Unsuitable or defective printed items may be returned for a full refund providing they are received within 14 days of the original delivery date in the original undamaged packaging. This must be accompanied with a note stating your name, address, email, contact telephone number and full reason for the return. Any returning items should be posted with a high standard of packaging and shipping.

You should also make sure to gain proof of postage.

The final decision regarding the refund is at my discretion.

All refunds are made to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the agreement to refund.
